Capabilities / Paper · form · fit

A focused material.
A connected engineering system.

Folvar combines structure, finish, sampling, project management and manufacturing. The goal is not to offer every packaging type—it is to make paper-led cans work better.

Six connected capabilities

Each decision affects
the decisions around it.

This page is the technical map. Detailed specifications, evidence and downloadable data can be added as internal information is organized.

The Folvar Form-to-Scale System

A visible working method,
not a vague promise of service.

The client sees one accountable team. Project management keeps the brief, visual direction, commercial decisions and timing connected; factory engineering turns them into a stable physical product.

01

Understand

Product, market, packaging role, volume, target cost and timing.

02

Visualize

Artwork review, mockups and initial cost ranges set the direction quickly.

03

Engineer

Structure, materials, tolerances and production method are refined around use.

04

Prototype

Physical samples, adjustment, testing coordination and signed standards precede volume.

05

Scale

Manufacturing, inspection and dedicated equipment are planned where justified.

06

Improve

Root-cause analysis and process refinement continue after launch.

01 / Structure engineering

Round is the beginning, not the limit.

Dimensions, shape, lid, base, insert, liner and the inner product are developed as one physical system.

01Rolled-edge paper cans
02Hand-finished flat-edge cans
03Oval paper cans
04Tinplate composite cans
05PET / PVC composite cans
06Child-resistant formats

02 / Print & finish

Flat artwork must survive a curved reality.

Paper stretches. Circumference changes registration. A lid logo creates another axis. We refine artwork and process together so the premium intent remains visible on the finished can.

03

Sampling & validation

Existing structures can move quickly. A new structure typically needs more time, patient sampling and a signed standard before volume.

Indicative: drawing within 7 days · first sample within 10 days
04

Scale manufacturing

Stable high-volume work may justify fixtures, automation or a dedicated line developed around the client’s structure and forecast.

Ideal first order: 100K · focus programs: 1M+ annually
05

Quality response

Issues are acknowledged quickly, investigated with manufacturing and closed through improvement, resampling and replacement where needed.

Target acknowledgement: within 1 business day
06

Project management

Client design, commercial ownership and factory engineering stay connected through one accountable team.

AI-assisted speed · expert verification · human responsibility
Layer 03 / Supplier evaluationOpen process, timing, after-sales and evidence. For visitors who have already established basic fit and need deeper operational detail.

Indicative project timing

Fast where speed helps.
Patient where quality needs it.

Initial responseWithin 1 business day
New structural drawingTypically within 7 days
First physical sampleTypically within 10 days
Established volume orderOften within 1 month

Indicative planning ranges, confirmed after structure, finishing, testing and capacity review.

When something is not right

Own it. Understand it. Close it.

01

Acknowledge the issue, normally within one business day.

02

Protect the client experience and take commercial responsibility.

03

Investigate root cause with manufacturing, generally within one week.

04

Improve, resample and close the loop before the next cycle.

Evidence architecture

Technical trust needs organized proof.

These areas are reserved so verified factory evidence can be added without redesigning the site.

ReservedFactory, line and capacity data

Verified equipment list, production footage, line count and capacity ranges.

ReservedQuality control system

Inspection flow, sampling standard, testing equipment and defect handling.

ReservedCertificates & reports

FSC, food-contact documentation and future quality or social-responsibility evidence.
