Information Folvar may receive
The project assistant records the packaging information you choose to provide, such as application, packaging role, expected quantity, timing and notes. If you request a response, it also records your name, work email, company, country or target market, optional role, preferred reply channel and optional WhatsApp number.
We also record limited journey context such as the page that led to the enquiry, campaign parameters, referrer, browser language, an anonymous session identifier and key form-progress events. This helps us understand which information is useful and where the enquiry experience needs improvement.
Why the information is used
Folvar uses it to assess initial fit, identify missing project information, route the enquiry, prepare a human response, manage follow-up, avoid duplicate records, protect the service from misuse and improve our packaging information and enquiry journey.
A request to discuss a project is separate from optional marketing consent. Leaving the marketing box unticked does not affect Folvar's response to your enquiry.
How AI assistance is limited
Folvar may use a configured AI service and versioned business rules to organize your answers, prepare an initial fit signal and recommend questions for the team. AI output is provisional. People remain responsible for pricing, structure, production, compliance, delivery, payment terms and other commitments.
When the assistant cannot reach a supported conclusion, or when the project involves technical, regulatory or commercial commitments, the record is routed for human review.
Do not submit confidential files here
The public form is intended for early project orientation, not confidential artwork, technical drawings or protected documentation. Tell us that such files exist and arrange a direct email exchange with the Folvar team before sending them.
Storage, access and service providers
Enquiry records are kept in Folvar's controlled website and administration systems. Access is limited to authorized team members and service providers needed to operate the site, communications, security and AI-assisted workflow. Processing may occur in countries different from your own.
Records are retained while reasonably needed for the enquiry, project relationship, operational analysis, security and applicable record-keeping duties. Folvar will define more specific retention schedules as the operating and legal framework is finalized.
Your choices
You can contact Folvar to ask about your enquiry record, request a correction, withdraw optional marketing consent or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be kept when required for security, a current business relationship or legal obligations.
