Case 01 / European food & aviation supply

Small format.
High-volume engineering.

A European food and aviation supply client needed a one-time-use seasoning can with nested parts, demanding ESG requirements and enough capacity for millions of units each year.

01 / The constraint

What made the project difficult.

The can is split in two and includes an inner plug, divider and perforated components. Its small size made every assembly step harder, while each part still had to nest reliably with the others.

02 / The response

What the team changed.

The team stayed with the concept for two years, improving the structure and process together. Dedicated equipment brought the line to approximately 60% automation and improved both capacity and consistency.

03 / The outcome

Evidence that the solution moved beyond sampling.

04 / What the project taught us

Dedicated equipment becomes valuable when the structure is highly specific, demand is substantial and the relationship is likely to continue.
