In brief

How will Folvar report responsibility progress?

A dated register separates verified baselines, completed actions, open targets and the owner responsible for the next review.

  • Folvar's progress register separates verified baselines, completed actions, open targets and the next accountable review.
  • A quantitative progress statement is published only with a defined scope, method, owner, evidence source and verification date.

One repeatable record for every update

Folvar will use the same evidence structure for materials, production, people and qualification progress. This makes a completed action distinguishable from an intention, and a verified baseline distinguishable from a marketing estimate.

The progress record requires

  • A baseline period, entity, facility, product or material scope.
  • The action completed or target proposed, stated separately.
  • The measurement or review method and supporting evidence location.
  • A named owner and the date of internal or external verification.
  • The next review date, open limitation and any dependency on project evidence.

The baseline can be useful before every metric is complete

Publishing the reporting structure first makes gaps visible without disguising them. As data, certificates and verified actions become available, each update can be added to the same searchable Responsibility library and reviewed on a defined schedule.

Apply the requirement

Connect the evidence requirement to the real project.

Share the product, target market and requested certificate, test or supplier disclosure. Folvar will map what applies, what must be verified and what remains project-specific.
